Meet Emma O’brien
Hey there! I'm Emma O'Brien, a mom, wife, and woman navigating the many different seasons of life. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Running Coach, and the heart behind The O'Brien Way.
I've always believed that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and capable in her own body. But I also know how difficult that can feel when life gets busy, your body changes, your priorities shift, or you're simply trying to do it all.
I've been there. I know what it's like to look in the mirror and feel disconnected from yourself. To wonder if the version of you that felt confident, strong, and in control is gone for good.
But here's what I've learned: she's still in there. The woman you miss. The woman you remember. The woman you want to feel like again. She's still there, and she has the potential to grow into an even stronger, more confident version of herself.
The O'Brien Way was born from that realization. I realized that fitness needed to be more than workouts, meal plans, and chasing numbers. It needed to fit real life. It needed to support women through the different seasons they experience and help them feel like themselves again.
As someone who has moved through many seasons of my own (from chasing personal records to navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and everything in between) I know firsthand that confidence can look different in every phase of life. But no matter the season, it's always possible when you have the right support, flexibility, and encouragement.
Today, I help women stop waiting for the "perfect time" and start building a life where they feel strong, confident, and capable right now. Together, we create sustainable habits, realistic routines, and a healthier relationship with fitness and nutrition, one that supports your life instead of taking it over.
When we work together, my job isn't to change who you are. It's to help you see what's already there, build confidence in yourself, and create lasting results that carry into every area of your life.
Because she's still in there. Sometimes she just needs a little support to shine again.
