We’ll kick things off with a personalized 1:1 session to dive deep into your habits, challenges, and goals. From there, I’ll create a plan that feels achievable and sustainable for you.
You’ll have weekly check-ins to review progress and make any necessary adjustments, along with daily message check-ins to help you stay on track. Plus, you’ll have unlimited access to me via in-app messaging whenever you need extra support or have questions.
